Updated CRM

We utilise software called 'Streamtime' and have done so for several years. It is an effective software solution that enables us to track every aspect of our customer relationship management - from quoting, job tracking, (WIP) work in progress - through invoicing and reporting.

This software allows us to manage the following;

Resource Planning
Jobs are broken into tasks with each task placed on a timeline that can be viewed monthly, weekly or daily.
Calandars & Diaries
To-date - we have focused heavily on direct email, this new update will allow us (when required) to track correspondence directly within the CRM. We can view and share our appointments and job tasks across staff with Streamtime's weekly or monthly calendar views.
Quoting & Estimating
We can produce quotes and estimates that can be emailed directly from the CRM to our clients.
iPad & iPhone Connectivity (Staff only)
With iPad connectivity, it allows us to access the 'live' CRM database from anywhere and view contact information, correspondence, quotes, to-do's, work in progress, and see time scheduled and time recorded on a job by job basis.
WIP (Work in Progress)
We manage our work in progress in real time. The production scheduler is the ultimate electronic whiteboard where the job status and all creative people can be viewed simultaneously. We can view the percentage of time complete graphically on screen or via one of the CRM's's detailed WIP reports.
Client Web Application
One of the most important updates to the CRM for Ambition Creative - is the ability to share quotes and job information from our 'live' CRM system to our clients or perspective clients via the web with this tool. With security access unique to each client, our CRM database is hosted internally on our dedicated web sever, and runs 24/7, allowing access around the clock.
Time Sheet Management
How to capture time relevant to individual jobs has always been a process which requires constant interaction. Now with a dedicated Time capture tool - built right into the CRM via a stand-alone plugin, capturing time is far easier and more consistant.
